Payment & Deposits

When will I get my security deposit back?

The security deposit is returned within 7 business days after vehicle return. Delays may occur if:

  • Outstanding parking fees exist

How does the fuel policy work?

  • Vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as at pickup
  • Fuel shortages will be charged against your deposit

What are the cleaning requirements?

Vehicle must be returned:
